Aubrey and Michael's wedding weekend took place at a 500-acre estate in New York full of cedar wood forests, sparkling lakes, and log cabins. We think their gold foil-stamped invitations (on thick cotton paper), paired with kraft envelopes with a metallic bronze liner, were the perfect balance between the outdoorsy feel of their venue and the elegance of their formal wedding.

Christy and her mother were so lovely to work with - and we can't get enough of the stunning letterpress invitations we created for her romantic Jacksonville wedding. They chose champagne gold foil for the delicate border and desert ink for the text, and paired the set with a soft, metallic white gold envelope liner. Christy even brought us a thoughtful gift after the wedding (check out our Instagram to see!).
Now that the holidays are over and we're settling into 2015, we can finally share these beautiful holiday cards! These unique holiday cards were silkscreened with white ink on frosted transparent plastic, and paired with a metallic silver envelope (printed for us by Allie Munroe).
We are wrapping up this busy but amazing week with an inspiration post based on our very own gorgeous Miami skyline, inspired by a photo from the incredible Maggie Stolzberg. We kept this wedding invitation design soft with dusty neutrals, and added just a hint of deep blue to the edge.

It's thyme for our weekly inspiration post! This week's invitation design, inspired by a photo of the Floridian Weddings relaunch party by Vitalic Photo, shows that a one-color design can hold its own, too. We spruced it up with sunshine yellow edge paint, and imagine this design paired with a simple, organic patterned liner. Want to see what we would come up with for an invitation design based on your inspiration board? Leave a comment below with a link to your Pinterest, and we'll put something together for you!

We hope everyone had a great fourth of July! We're not ready to be done celebrating, so we're keeping that spirit alive with this week's inspired invitation design, featuring a photo by Liga Photography. This invitation would be gorgeous in black letterpress ink and silver foil. We love the monochromatic look with a bright pop of color on the edge - and the design shows that fun & festive design is totally possible without losing elegance!

The moment we saw this photo from Chelsey Boatwright Photography, we knew it was the one for this week's inspiration post. The sweet, soft, slightly modern take on roses with coral, peach, and hints of yellow and green, is totally our style - and how gorgeous is that cake? We envision this custom designed invitation to be paired with a subtle quilt-like envelope liner inspired by the overall cake pattern. Love!

South Florida has been under a perpetual rain cloud this week, but we're finding inspiration in the stormy grays and blues of the sky. Amidst our daydreams of sunscreen and splashing in the ocean, we also dreamed up this custom invitation design, with inspiration from a gorgeous ring photo by the amazing (and Florida-based!) Vitalic Photo. We are loving the soft pink edge and thinking blind letterpress for the subtle scallop patterned background - how pretty!

This week's inspiration comes again from Todd Good, in the form of a cherry red and sky blue beachfront photo that had us thinking of lots of fun embellishments. We chose a simple font to accompany the flag motifs, inspired by the lifeguard tower, and love the idea of incorporating two red ribbons and a custom hang tag (shaped like the tower in the photo!). There's no doubt in our minds that we would print this through our vendor Dauphine Press, and pair it with taupe edge paint, a sky blue envelope, and a taupe patterned liner.

Can you believe it's Friday already? For this week's inspiration, we used a gorgeous, bright barnyard photo from Vicki and Danny of Starfish Studios. To go along with the fun rustic save the date design we created, we're thinking marigold edge painting and a matching marigold envelope with a bronze liner.
